ATE appreciates the diligent work of the Commission and its working group in exploring the use and accuracy of vehicle telematics and EV chargers for managed charging and encourages the Commission to afford the utilities ample discretion, within certain guidelines, to evaluate these technologies working in collaboration with the non-jurisdictional entities with the purpose of increasing enrollment and testing a variety of approaches.
