Hank Adams leads customer solutions and corporate development for Southern Company, overseeing growth initiatives, system collaboration, and regulatory support across its electric and gas subsidiaries. He manages national accounts, federal energy partnerships, and the company’s New Ventures group, including its founding investment in the $3B Energy Impact Partners fund. Previously, he directed acquisitions and origination at Southern Power, advancing over 2 GW of renewable energy projects. Adams has held various roles at Georgia Power and currently serves on the board of the Alliance for Transportation Electrification.
