He joined Xcel in 2019 from Powerley and brings 20 years of utility experience, including 13 years at DTE Energy in operations, finance, and energy efficiency. Romine holds degrees in mechanical engineering and business from Washington University in St. Louis and has completed executive education at Kellogg School of Management.
