Julia Gold is the Principal Strategy and Policy Analyst for Clean Transportation at National Grid. Having previously served as the Climate Change Program Manager at the Rhode Island Department of Health and the Chief of Sustainability at the Rhode Island Department of Transportation, she continues her dedication to the creation of a sustainable, smart, and equitable transportation future where new systems and technologies are integrated into our lives thoughtfully and holistically. Now working across Massachusetts and New York, she aims to accelerate and enable electric vehicle adoption through supportive policy development, broad stakeholder engagement, and strategic program design to meet the diverse needs National Grid’s customers and communities.
